Buying a DNC Foal

Our Horse Breeding service here at Dun N Colours focuses on producing top-quality Quarter Horses & Paints. Each breeding program is meticulously planned to enhance the best traits in our horses, ensuring superior genetics, temperament, rare and exclusive colours. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and our meticulous breeding programs ensure our foals get the best care and training. Our Foal's Pre School training program will not only set our babies up with the best start possible, but it also helps them excel in various disciplines, from pleasure riding to high end competitive sports.

Our extensive experience ensures that every foal receives the utmost attention and care right from birth, setting a strong foundation for their future.

Outside Mare Services 

We offer our clients a variety of services for their mare when coming to DNC.

We offer the following services:

Prices are as follows:

Outside Mare Foaling down: $650 

Stallion Service Fee:

$1500 each (Val, King & Bundy) - 7 Day LFG

On Farm AI - Fresh/Chilled semen: $250 (Does not Include scanning or drugs)

Collections: $350 (Chilled only) plus transport cost

Live Cover Walk In/Walk Out: $250 

All Scans: $80 plus vet travel (not including sedation if required, vet travel is generally shared between clients and myself if scanning at the same time is possible)

Colour Testing & Genetic Testing: (Prices are on PHG website, add $10 fee to pull hairs and post off to PHG) www.practicalhorsegenetics.com.au

Agistment: Mare $17 per day - Mare & Foal $25 per day (hard feed and hay daily)

* Agistment is for outside mares here for other foaling down or breeding, we do not offer long term agistment.
